Seems like I read that your best cleaner for mold like that was just some sort of dishwashing liquid and warm / hot water. Aside from that, if the trailer has been flooded, I'd check the wheel bearings and repack or replace them. Check the connector and clean any corrosion off of it. You might get some dielectric grease and put some on the connector as well. I know you said the tires look good but check them closely to make sure there is no cracking from dry rot.......the sun does a number on trailer tires. Check all of your lights to make sure that none of them are shot as a result of water infiltration.
In addition to what John said...what about the battery? Still work? A test tow is in order..sooner rather than later.
You can get some spray from Home Depot/lowes for mold. Several sprays to kill it. Might want to also consider a sealing paint after you have the area all cleaned up and dry as well.
I would use 'Simple Green' as a degreaser mixed with bleach. Bleach kills mold and mildew like nothing else. Just wear gloves 'cause your hands will stink for a week.
Yes, on the bleach. Kill the mold now and then you can come back over it with a good cleaner. If its dry, and its paintable, I would also do that to seal back any mold that may be hiding. Tough deal on the flooding. Thats alwasy a pain.
