Well if you read everyone said get the codes read to be sure and now I am sure what is wrong....and the gaskets come in a kit.....now that I am confident of what it is I am gonna be doing the work myself

When you are under the valve covers, go ahead and retorqe the injectors and rocker arms.

Don't buy a kit, just buy the parts you need. People package junk aftermarket stuff together so you have to buy it all. Stay with the OEM, and only replace what you need like they said.

Ok so here is a update i pulled the driver side valve cover off and connector did not seem loose but i am gonna try doing the 50 cent mod and see if it pays off. the harness itself looked in good shape but the dealership said there was a short can that be right if the mod doesnt work? or would it more likely be the IDM?
Pull the connectors apart and look at the pins. look very closely for burn marks. look at both plugs. outside the valve cover and inside the valve cover. also check to make sure all the injector connections are clips on securely.
Like Les said, good time to retorque the injectors and rockers.
Pins on drivers side looked fine didn't look bad I will check the outside one, and the injector ones were fine is there any picts of where the those bolts are located and what the specs are
If you need wiring harnesses or gaskets, go to the nearest International truck dealer and buy them there...same part as the Ford, only cheaper because it is not packaged in a plastic bag that has a blue oval on it (like, HALF the cost!).
I pulled the driver side again and check the harness fully and the gasket and everything looked perfect....I think I may replace them just to make sure but I am not quite certain yet. Any other suggestions
