I went up to KC, KS yesterday to pick up a hot dog cart, (laugh now). That is a 4 hour trip from Tulsa. I have lots of choices as far as routes. I chose the 169 route to and from. I am glad I did. If I had taken 71 to 44 I would have went right through the center of Joplin.
My heart goes out to the folks of Joplin. I have done some work up there and know a few people up there. It is close enough to me, 2 hours, I may head up there and see if I can help.
I am so tempted to head up there even more now. My g/f's ex-boss has a house at grand lake. He got hit, not totaled but trees everywhere. I have my skidder loaded and two stihl chainsaws ready for work. I will keep you guys posted if i go.

Really? That sounds cool. Doesnt seem like there is that much to them. But all that stainless takes some serious skill.
Otahynoi - Google you will see videos. Made the national news too. I have some friends in the Grand Lake area here in Oklahoma that said there was a tornado hit there too. So I am going to head up there first. It is closer and there is a bunch of damage there too. I have all my stuff together so I am heading up there tomorrow afternoon.
