Tilt wheel locked in.
Hi guys great site, First time needing to post. I have a 91 150 with the blinker tilt combo lever. I always grab the pillar getting in the truck,its got a 4" lift and 35s, but sum b. if I didn't grab the wheel climbing in and the tilt ended up in the lap position and will not budge to raise. I would like to get it back to the normal position and just leave it alone for now. Would pulling the wheel and flasher cam give me any access to whatever operates the tilt jaw ? Thanks for any help .
