You might do a thread search for discussions we've had with Ken giving him alternatives to his widow makers. I've suggested the tubeless 17.5s because they were a factory option starting in '56. Trouble is they aren't plentiful, and are also sought after by IHC, Dodge, and Studebaker owners. If you can't find the old threads, come back and I'll go back through part numbers, donor vehicles, etc. I've also linked in two other threads below on the same subject. Custom wheels are another good option, and it may be that they could be done in a 17" tubeless rims. Cost will be high.

I think the thing to do is get a group buy going for some modern size rim with the necessary centers (probably two different patterns at least. Things aren't going to get better!

Stockton wheel is reopening ..got my rims from them pricey but better then widowmakers or 50 year old warped or bent rims ..yes Stu I am working on safer rims...
