Nashville Goodguys PICS

Hey Mike did you get my email? If can you send me yours again thru private message?
Wayne and Jim, Nashville normally has a decent turn out of cars. There are some builders within 300 miles of here. Greening, Alan Johnson, Alloway, and Legens to name a few. But bring what you got. It yours and makes you happy.

Yes I did Donald. That red 56 is Steve Misner's. He and his wife are both awesome people, they were great customers. He says he drives the tires off that truck. He had some chassis work done prior to bringing it to us but we took it from there and helped them finish it. I always thought the Mercury badging and tailgate were a nice touch.
This is the first time I've seen it with the front air bags. It looks GREAT!! You just can't beat an effie bumper laying on the ground.

By the way, Mike, I really liked the way the airbags rode as it was just finished before we left. I like a soft ride and with 'no shocks' the 4 ply bags were great. Yep, no shock absorbers. A chassis guy in our locale suggested that if I used the 4 plys rather than the standard 2 ply bags that it would give a nice ride without the shocks. I was somewhat doubtful of this but thought I'd give it a try. It probably has an extra 1/2 of a bounce on severe road dip at speed but was easy to get used to.

Steve again glad to know you all got back home. It was super cool to meet me and your wife. The truck is a beaut mine. I could have drooled over it all day. Glad you picked up some awards. One of these days I will fly out there to see you, Mike, Ed Oe's and all the other good West Coast F100 guys, one day.... So the bagged version rides better than the coil springs? Good to know. John, who is pictured by my truck, told me bags could ride as good on a OEM type suspension. You have 5K of road experience to validate that. So cool. Thanks again Donald
