Well it's not the cost it's the fact that now the dealer ordered the EGR cooler last Thursday and they went to install it today when the part was in Yeasterday But they were to "busy " to get my truck in till after 3Pm Yesterday even though my truck was there all last week. I get a call today at 12o and now they tell me that the mechanic did not order the gaskets to install the new cooler and they are now waiting for "Ford" to send the gaskets WFT?? All this and they are not even sure it will solve the issues.I ionformed tghem that I NEEDED the truck my the LONG weekend and they tell em that they are doing the "BEST" they can. OMG are you kidding me?? As I stated before I own a Repair shop in the same city I bought the truck from and I would NEVER treat my customers like this. But maybe they are why I have so many customers? I hear all the time that the dealers ether don't care or they can't duplicate the concerns or they take to long. Calling ford will not help as they tell me that the dealership is not owned by ford. What a joke it's not like I can take the truck to a differant ford shop. When they sell you the truck or car they don't tell you the service Dept is not trained to FIX your car or truck. Sorry to rant but what they are doing is not right.

Well Gowesley I would only buy a new truck from this dealer if you have to Do not have it worked on but I have no choice. Do you have a dealer in Crandon? I think there is one in Antigo??Ps for the record the Sales staff is AMAZING the GM And sales manager are great but that is not helping me now. I feel like I am getting the run around...
