Multiple feeders keep a bully bird from running the other birds from the feeders. He can't guard them all & will give up. My feeders hold a quart. When they are really feeding I fill them every other day.
It's a fence made of 4x4's between concrete block "posts." It was here when I moved in. But I did hang the cooler there. Unfortunately, it hung there until the sun finally degraded the plastic and it fell apart.
I even had a car up on blocks for a couple years beside the house. It's back on tires now though, awaiting a tow to the junk yard. Definitely all redneck.
I know. I was busting your chops LOL Put out a feeder. They will come. I don't know how they find the feeders but the bird numbers just grow all summer. We had over 20 at a time in August.
Haven't owned a TV in 20 years. (get A LOT more done that way)
My feeders came today.
The nectar is cooling right now.
I think one off each corner of the front porch in the wife's flower garden would be nice.
Our hammock is out there. Hope I can get them used to company.
