Yea this little county (Grant) does seem to be honest. The taxes here are also alot lower than others like Boone, Kenton, and Cambell to name a few. These counties are in the "bedroom" area of Cincinnnati. They also have some of the worst roads. When we moved down here a couple years ago I also noticed they don't use a lot of salt on the back roads. It is a black material called cinder. It is a by product of the local power plants. It really does a good job helping with traction and the color helps melt snow and ice with just a little sun.
I drove a small car on the roads in MA for a while and I know where you are coming from.
I reattached my muffler-back exhaust with just a universal muffler mount and 3" exhaust clamp. I used a second clamp for the mount. I can post pictures if you are interested, tomorrow. The PO hacked off the exhaust mounts and bent the pipe out of shape. I used the clamps to bend it back enough to get it to fit on.
That power plant stuff is the best i hear. The issue is the flange broke of the muffler, its got a little lip left. The exhaust guy said he should be able to fix it. Its their right now, otherwise i would have clamped it back together myself but it really needs to be welded.
