93 351w f150 running rough and needs some love
im having issues with my 1993 f150 4x4 with a 351w and e40d tranny. sometimes it cuts in and out and has serious hesitation. and the throttle bodies seem to be leaking around them not much but u can tell where there is something coming from them. and a leak where the upper and lower intake combine. i got a 350 to 400 dollar budget.
Known issues:

- needs shocks
- oil change
- possibly transmission fluid change and filter
- fuel filter change
- needs window motor replaced
- Smog system(i want to eliminate it)
- 02 sensor
- throttle position sensor
- intake gasket
- vacuum leak
- ignition system
- timing cover gasket
- new rear leaf spring
- seafoam!
- rear main seal i think is worn having some small oil leaks not major
- rear window driver side window is leaking ( its a supercab)
- bottom radiator hose
- check all electrical systems sensors, etc.
- check powersteering pump(had to run truck without belt and it blew powersteering fluid everywhere....was a bad day)
- fix dash shaking
- change fluid in both axles
- change a few hoses under the hood
- replace a few missing screws in interior
- replace ac vent on passenger side

Start there by pulling the diagnostic codes. If you're having difficulty with counting the blinks, basic code readers are cheap. I got mine from o'reilly for about $30. Pulling the codes will point you and us in the right direction.
In the meantime, you can check for vac leaks by spraying carb cleaner around the gasket surfaces and vac lines with the engine running. You might also want to check the vac reservoirs- they tend to rust through.
