Glad I found this thread as I've been wondering till now.. the fact that my intake temp as rocketed since fitting the 6637 so my concern was although I'm getting more air its a lot warmer hence no real increase in power?
I already had Bully dog stainless exhaust fitted so maybe why I didn't feel a difference with the 6637, just cool noise
I didnt see much of a difference either, I made the cold air box for the 6637 and still nothing. You may want to check your uppipes for leaks too

Must look into making some sort of box myself to keep the heat out.
I mainly run a tow tune (60) and see around 18psi when pushing but only 3-4 psi eco/soft driving and at $12.00+ a gallon its my usual drive style regrettably lol!!
I do know my driver side red boot is damp oil covered, since pulling my 5th wheel, I have cleaned it to check if it returns but then my trans pump seal started leaking so off road now getting new seal, Tugger and tru-cool fitted.
Other boots have a dusting but dry and I guess normal build up over the years?
I did a CAT and muffler delete today and installed a 6637. I can't beleive what a defference it made. Wish I had done it a long time ago.
