6.0 question
Hey fellas I'm new to the wonderful world of diesels. I'm a very good gas mechanic mostly hypo stuff but I don't know squat about diesels, although I'm learning. I was wondering if someone could tell me where the coolant filter is supposed to be and what is a degas bottle? I'm assuming that the latter is the coolant fill bottle, however we all know what happens when we assume.

I'm pretty sure there is not a coolant filter unless somebody put an aftermarket one.
You're right about the degas bottle.
Search coolant filters on here or ebay, they make a nice kit...........
