High pressure fuel pump + rails replaced?

OK.....we've had this 2008 F350 6.4L 4X4 Lariat DRW with 54K miles for 10 days. The other day we were cruising at about 63 mph pulling our 16K# 5th wheel. Without any warning the engine quit. It's now in the local Ford dealership and they are thinking it's a fuel pressure problem so they're going to remove the cab and check it out. Another friend says it's probably the high pressure fuel pump and fuel rails that are shot. I'm also told that the radiator leaks. From reading it appears that the radiator thing is fairly common. What about the other? Have many encountered the high pressure fuel pump problems? If so, how does this happen? Between the powertrain and ESP warranties I think (hope) I'm adequately covered. I'm looking for as much information as I can get. We traded out of a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500HD with which we had NO problems whatsoever.

Did the check engine light come on? If so do u know what code it was? Limp mode will limit the engine to like 50mph or something like that

Fuel lines don't require replacment if it is the HPFP.

If it is an injector issue that is a different story.

If it went into limp mode maybe it is due to something else. Like a EGR/EGR cooler issue or maybe EGT sensors or something.
