Headers and EGR

I just bought a 94 302 bronco, and was wondering if you guys are running headers on your newer 302/351 pickups. How many of you have kept the EGR system? And if you havent what did you do to delete they system with no CEL? Are there any problems with taking the EGR system out?

I used the kit from RJM injection , block off for the valve and intake tube , it came with a plug that goes in to the harness for the cel , but then i had a tune and it removed from the computer....Lew

I've heard you may take a slight drop in MPGs. There are a few headers out there that will retain the EGR. I have heard that alot of those delete kits dont work and you still get a CEL. I havent really seen any concrete yes or no it works on the kit.
