I have a 1987 f150 with a inline 6 300 cubic inch motor and 4 on the floor tranny I have the motor out getting rebuilt and figured this would as good a time as any to change the tranny the 1 i have doesnt accelerate up hill at all and accelerates slow on flat ground i was wanting to get like a 5 spd to put in it so i can also take it on the highway does any1 know if i can take a 5spd from a dif year model and it macth up
