I have an 03 F250 7.3 with 80000 kms on it, when I do a full lock turn I get a clunk clunk clunk noise from the front end, any ideas what this might be.

Are your hubs locked or in 4x4? Bad axle ujoints will do that.

If the factory ESOF hub fails to unlock, this noise will happen. Take a pair of snap ring pliers and remove the manual hub bodies on each side and repeat the test (avoid dusty roads). If the clunk is gone, then your problem is caused by a hub that failed to unlock.

If you have manual hubs, just be sure they are unlocked.

 

And at the same time, you probably have bad, or at least worn, axle shaft joints.
