I'm buying an 07 FX2 this coming week and it has had it's original radio replaced with an aftermarket CD unit. I have access to an 06-08 factory Navi unit and would like to install it. Is it a "plug and play" install even though the truck may not have had the Navi unit originally? Any help would be appreciated.
Oh, and I posted this thread in the audio section too.
Make sure you get the antenna with the radio,if not you can find them on ebay.Does your truck have the premium sound in it?if so then make sure the radio you get has the extra plug for the sub woofer.the Nav I got came from another Ford product but the guy I got it from had it programmed for his F150 so everything worked on mine.
