X-power chip?

X-power chip?
Hi guys,
I bought my 97 PSD CC 4x4 turbo back exhaust (no cat) already "chiped" from a guy that didnt know anything about it. I just flopped the e-brake outta the way to see what was in it and saw a gold colored chip that read " x power ". Does anybody have any opinions on this brand and/ or specs? I only use the truck to tow a 12k lb toy hauler and a boat. Also wondering if it is a good "tow" chip.

Best way to attach a picture is upload it into a photobucket account which is free. Then copy and paste the img code into the reply box here...
