Wipers have been making noise, noticed the driver side blade doesn't seem aligned with the glass, and seeing some streaks on the glass. Checked the blade and noticed the spline the wiper arm attached to is moving up and down about 2". Dropped it to the dealer and they said the wiper motor transmission is worn out, needs replaced. I have never had a wiper transmission break or get loose on any of the cars I've owned. I've had motors go out.

Question is, has anyone replaced the wiper motor transmission in an F150 before?
