Looking at a 2003 for a 2011 Conversion What do you Guys Think?

Looking at a 2003 Eddie Bauer 4x4 V10 with a 142,000 miles. For my 2011 Conversion once my 2008 conversion is done. The Dealer is asking $6,995. Going to look at it tomorrow. What do you guys think? Going to offer him $6,000

I think if you were closer to me I'd like to buy the parts you take off. I'd love to have the grille, mirrors, etc, for my truck!

This would be a full clip and driveline with the 6.7 Powerstroke and interior.

Look what followed me home. $6700 Looks like it was well maintained. Steering's sold, brand new tires, no shimmies, shacks, or rattles. Air condition works front and back. Very pleased for the price. Almost makes it hard to cut up to make a 2011.

I know there are two threads for the '08 build up, but I cannot seem to locate finished pictures of it.
Where am I missing these?

BTW, I cannot wait to see the '03/'11 build come together. The 6.7L is a monster.

I'm not done with it yet. Finishing that one up and selling it then doing the 03/11 build.

I re-read the post, you did say that. My excitement for the new build got the best of me.
Hope things are well. Can't wait to see the '08 done and the '11 off and running.
