DTC 172 is a KOER code only, not Continuous. In any case the definition is: HEGO sensor circuit indicates system lean
DTC 332 : EGR valve opening not detected.
DTC 536: Brake On/Off circuit failure / switch not actuated during KOER test
DTC 538: Insufficient RPM change during KOER dynamic response test/ Operator error
DTC 632: Overdrive cancel switch not changing state
The last code you listed is invalid, you will not receive a mix of 2 or 3 digit codes.
Codes 536, 538,632 are user induced.
Codes of interest are 172, although I question when it was displayed, and the Code 332. Is the vacuum supply line and EVR hooked up to the EGR valve?

172 can be a memory code, according to
EEC IV 3 digit codes
Definitely focus on the 172 and 332 codes - both are directly emissions related.
