Throttle Body Size

Any of you guys got any idea what size the stock throttle body on a '90 5.8 is? I'm considering moving up to a larger one, but I'd like to know what size the original is before I take the plunge. Thanks!

Throttle Body Size

'rage,

Did you ever get the answer to this question? I've kept my eyesa open and all I've found is that the 5.0L is 60mm.

Did you try calling Ford - SVT or Saleen or Carlie's Mustangs?

What did you decide to go with?

Later,

Looks like the tb is 56mm across. From what I have seen, in order to increase the throttle body size on this engine, you would either have to get creative with an adaptor and a Mustang tb, or use a mustang upper intake, if it fits.
