Talked to Clifford today, the Valve Cover will be back!

I talked to Clifford today. They said that the valve cover will be back by popular demand in Sept. They just had to lay off of it for a while, because the foundry that casts their intakes is the same foundry that casts the valve cover. The foundry evidently got backed up and the intakes took priority. Just FYI.

p.s.- this is music to my ears because that thing makes the 6 look mean IMHO!

take care fellers....

3 Months? WOW! Was it back ordered or something? I did hear a horror story today from that same machine shop I posted about. He was telling me to be careful with that "6=8" place that one of his customers awhile back got shafted. I was just hoping that was an isolated incident.

Nah, It was close to Christmas, and the foundry was geared up to make ornaments. The valve covers were the next in line to be made. They shipped it, as soon as the foundry got em done.
