Clean plastic filler between coats??

I just did my first coat of plastic filler on my practice car before I do the bronco. I laid down my first coat of Evercoat Rage Gold filler this afternoon.
I laid it real thin and pressed hard and after it dried I grabbed some 80 grit on a long board and sanded her to find my low spots where ill add a touch more filler.

I cant seem to find an answer for this so here goes hopefully someone can get me back on my project.

Do I need to use wax/grease remover, thinner or anything else to clean between coats of plastic filler?? Thanks

ive worked in many bodyshops and seen guys use wax/grease remover between your filler and glaze. NEVER use thinner. Wax and Grease remover makes it a lot easier to spread the glaze. Just make sure it flashes before you spread your glaze. I always did it this way.

i wouldn't use anything to clean filler , its pourous and will soak up anything . possably cause an adhesion problem in the future .

Thinner can also soften many fillers as well. Where I worked at we never cleaned filler except with an air gun.

the best way to clean it is with a air blow gun, solvents will be trapped and you will have trouble.
