By rebuilt, do you mean all new seals/orings/fuel sleeves, etc? If so, cycle the key at least 3 times to refill fuel bowl and purge as much air as possible. After that, run starter at 20 second intervals with 15 minutes or so between to cool starter untill all the air works out. Sometimes it takes a while to get all that air out once it has been opened.

Rebuilt it all. And I have drove the truck down the road several times. However when I start the truck it idles really rough. And sometimes dies on several occasions. Until it is all warmed up. And even then the truck will sometimes die out going down the road.

I had the heads off, turbo, Injector cups, Injectors, Glow plugs, Oil cooler, Everything. No there's no fuel pressure gauge or HPOP gauge. I bought the Injectors from Diesel care and Performance out of Millington Tennessee. And they sent new glow plugs with the injectors.
