BRAKES!!!! Bled the metal lines and got contact to each bleeder valve and felt like I struck oil! Replaced the clean MC , put in the fluid and followed with a few pumps to bild pressure. Felt tension in the brakes and did a donut n the warehouse. Awesome afternoon.
Came back the next day and the master cylinder was empty over a puddle of brae fluid. So I yanked it out and have dropped it off / been rejected at the most reputable brake places being told that there simply isn't anything they can do. One guy even had a book and pulled the MC # up and no kit or alternative part available. I feel like locally I'm stuck.
So, is there a place online to get an aftermarket big job one or a kit available for the brake master cylinder? I'll need a vacuum booster as well while I'm down there. These brakes don't even work and I'm being screeched to a halt.
Re: the PTO. It's all in there but I don't know if it works. been cleaning the brass off and the electric connectors and want to get the truck rolling (and stopping) before tacling that. Any advice or directions would be great. Thanks guys.
