once again have you checked the suction side of the pump for a restriction?
also exactly how many volts do you have at the pump when you cycle the key to the on position?

It is measurement of vacuum. How much suction (vacuum) had to be applied to draw fuel?

If the vacuum is more than 6 inches of mercury, then you have a suction restriction.

ok which would mean that something in the tank is restricting the flow. so say its under the 6" mark. then is it the pump or something else?
