Dash knockouts

I have a 2008 F150 FX4. I'm installing offroad lights and noticed 3 knockouts to the right of the steering column where I want to put the switch. I've done a couple of part and manual searches but can't find any reference to the knockouts or switch that might fit. Does anyone happen to know the purpose of these knockouts?

On the upper trims...King Ranch and Lariat (Maybe FX4 luxury) they are for the trip/odometer, etc. There were 3 buttons side by side.
