Hello everyone. I'm new to all of this and I'm looking for some help. I've been able to find most of what I'm looking for for my 64 F100 that I just recently bought, and recently started learning about. Way behind the power curve. I've seen a few beautiful early sixties F100s with the kick panel trim just above the step. I love it but I can't find it any place except for a guy that will make them for $250. Any help would be appreciated. I'm infatuated with these things. I think they really look good.
are you talking about the alum. trim that goes across the door opening at the edge of the floor mate. if so lmc and denis carpenter has them listed for 65 66 f100 don't know if they will work for you.
If you want a stock pair look to larger trucks T N and F series as they were used to keep the floor mat in place. The nice billet ones you see are from the same source and made to order.

These won't work on a 64, Keep looking they pop up on ebay from time to time. I ocasionally come up with them. $250.00 is not unreasonable.
Used ones can be as cheap as $50.00 or as much as $300.00 on ebay
All depends who has them, did they recondition them re-polish them or what? They're out there you just have to keep looking.
I have some of these pieces...if you are doing a restoration these would definately need work...but show fair enough for a driver...and loads less then 250 for the pair!!!

The ones I found are located at Flashback F100s site. The are really nice and he hand makes them. Hence the price. Here is the address for the items. They look really good though. He quoted me $250 over the phone the other day.
The trim Tom sells is produced by "needmoretime" a member here. Wayne also reproduced the door pocket trim in Billet. Rick from Carolina also picked them up to sell.
They look good as they are CNC Billet. That is why they cost so much.
They were prototyped from one of my rust free trucks.
