all climate controls dead
Climate control center won't do anything. No display, a/c, fan, ext temp won't work. Steering wheel controls won't turn on the fan either. Worked fine this morning started it up to go to work and nothing. Btw is an 07 lariat. Bad fuse maybe?

Left work and like magic everything worked again. Apparently I'm not the only one whos had this issue, some people on other forums said it has happened to them randomly

Dont worry Mine does it too for no reason at all lol.. Let me run this by ya- replaced the alternator about three weeks ago. All was well for about a week then the crazieness started. Gauges, a/c, windows would shut down in mid flight. Then they would come back on for no reason. Voltage was checked and pumping out 16v reved up ... Voltage regulator?????

Ian123, My '06 did the same thing a couple of times in the past two years. Oceanfive, your symptoms are different, but this might work for you too.
Turn the headlights on, then hit the auto button on the climate control a couple times, then turn the lights back off.
Don't ask me why, but it worked for me. I'm not sure what the interconnection is between the two systems.

I had that happen once a couple years ago. I left for the gas station to top off before leaving on a camping trip and discovered I had no climate control as you described. I filled up and restarted the truck and the climate control as work fine ever since. Go figure.
