Mustang II IFS for our trucks!

I found a place that makes a Mustang 2 Crossmember and can offer Hub-to-Hub IFS kit for our trucks. I have been looking for this for quite some time now and thought I would make everyone elses life a little easier. The crossmember itself is 440 and the entire kit (crossmember, brakes, A-arms, shocks, springs, spindles, steering rack ect) is 1800. A little steep but it looks like it might be worth saving up for it.

Check it out for yourself. Our model is about 3/4 of the way down the page under, of course, Ford trucks.

I used to do that years ago in 53-56 ford pickups. I cannot remember the measurements. But... You could cut the frame short weld in the mustang front and run a 302 with next to no issues. Also got really good disk brakes in the deal. The couple I did rode really nice too. Mind you these were show trucks so no real load capabilities after that. I called it a 3/4 ice chest truck.

X2, practically a bolt-in and supports more weight.

To me the A arm and rack and pinon suspension would ride best and have a better feel (more like a sports car than a wandering truck), the I beam stock stuff is alot stronger, better suited for abuse, off road, up curbs, whatever.
If I could get F350 brakes and lug pattern on a Crown vic front end I would do it.
