Recently, I had all the injectors replaced on my 2004 6.0 F-250 (over 277,000 miles on the engine and truck) due to two of the injectors going bad. I figured I would be better off replacing all of them so I won't have to have to worry about them for a while. Since the injectors were replaced, the engine has been using oil at a rate of a quart per every two weeks. Before the injectors were replaced, I never had to add oil between services. I mean, When I bring the truck in for it's service, the oil lever reads full from the last service.
What could have gone wrong while replacing the injectors that could cause the engine to get thirsty for oil like this? I know things can go wrong during installation, so I'm not upset at the dealership or mechanic who did the replacement. I'd like the information for my own piece of mind.

Is there a way to test for this without tearing the engine apart again? While the dealership was replacing the injectors, I had them replace the headbolts with ARP headstuds.
