It looks like all those vehicles are in a compound, so I guess they had to move the truck & signal pole together.
That is one heck of a hood ornament................

Maybe not photoshopped but the light pole is leaning differently in each pic. The truck is obviously on a lot so the light is out of place. Probably wrecked into the light pole, cut the pole off, hauled both the truck and pole to the lot, and took pics from different angles with the pole leaning different directions.

If they towed it with the pole still locked to the front of the truck, they've got to be idiots.

From what I read elsewhere of that pic, the driver sheared the lamp post clean off the base and kept going. A passing cop got him/her pulled over.
