In order for the hood to be that close to the light assembly, the truck would have had to have been airborne at impact. I've never seen a traffic signal that had the lights 10ft off the ground. They're usually in the 20-30ft range, or higher.
That... or it's fake. Which is my guess.
In the end it's just a Dodge so who cares.
