Yesterday had no problems, turn key... wait for buzz to stop, turn key and it started, with no problems within 3 seconds.
Today went out, turn key... wait for buzz, turn key, starter turns engine turns, but no start.
I have gone through checked all fluids, fuel is at half a tank, and just drove over 1000 miles last week with it. I thought I checked all fuses, unless there's a secret fuse box i don't know about.
Is there a reset button for the fuel pump somewhere, like on my F450 under passenger side dash, I have found where i thought it would be on the kick panel passenger side, but i don't see any button.
I have done an OBDII diagnostic's test, that shows no trouble codes, although can't start it for a better read.
Confused and stuck, any and all help appreciated,

how do i test the fuel pump relay, or do I need to go buy one? Is there someplace else I should check?
This is the first van owned, and things aren't where they are in my 99 F450, and really don't know where to check and start to resolve this issue.

Mine is the old IDI 7.3 but it seems that you should be able to check fuel pressure somewhere simple (mine is a bleed valve on top of the fuel filter holder) while someone cranks it. Those new fandangled powerstrokes are too fancy for me
