Good luck! I'm not aware of any downloadable OEM manual for something this old, and Helm (the company that makes the OEM manuals for the US carmakers) doesn't offer them any longer as far as I am aware for vehicles this old.
I just bought the 2-volume factory set for my 1990 F350 for $100 on Ebay (in like-new condition, and not reprints). You can find the individual books for less if you look around. This may seem expensive, but it's less than it costs to drive it out of the service bay at the dealership.
