Thank you sir. I havent been able to work on it all year due to the distance it is from me right now. Hope that will change soon. Really miss getting things accomplished on it.
I havent been able to work much on mine either all year due to the distance mine is from me right now, except that distance is only about ten feet to the garage lol. Thankfully it's starting to warm up so I won't have so many excuses. I hope you can break free soon to make some progress on yours. I like the custom doors and windows on your truck. Where did you get the new windows?
Thanks, im wishing my tax return would show the F up. I need it for the windshield, and to finish my bronco. I got my windows from bobs F100 parts, then bought my own power window kits from a local street rod shop "streamline hot rods" That was a tough project. I still have to make some adjustments and may have to go in and trim some more of the hinge pocket out.
Unable to pull up pic's at my location due to weak company computer; but my question is what upgardes beyond engine perforamce are ya going with. i.e p/s p/b?
I plan with power drum brakes, the front and rear drums all new with shoes, springs, rebuilt my wheel cylinders. I haven't gotten to a booster yet. I have tossed several ideas about power steering and have not decided on weather to stick with armstrong steering or go with something else. I may do an AC system someday, thats not as much of a need up here it doesnt get hot often.
I'm building a 64 F100 currently; In the prefab / mock-up phase; I'm running a 360 & C-6booster ; plus; power brakes on drums & power steering; with a tilt steering column from a 78 F100. My booster from a 70's F100, steering box 76 F100. Biggest issue so far converting the power steering; (Keeping straight axle).Remove the old manual cab bracket and added the brake pedal from the 76 F100 instead. Additionally added a 2 speed wiper motor with delay wipers as well.
Sorry no pic's; I'm old & slow. lol

Good work on the windows. I like my wing windows but they have a tendency to whistle at me. Good luck with the bronco project. I had a 4" lifted '90 EB bronco and did a lot of work to that truck. I put new windshields in both trucks: bronco and F100. I got a tinted (blue stripe across the top) windshield for the F100 and I like it. I wish I had customcab's two speed delay wipers.

I,m old and slow as well haha. I am curious on your power steering conversion. Thats two different worlds going from 64 to anything later. I have memory of a mid 80s chevy that had the same style pitman arm (drops down from the frame instead of a horizontal swing arm) in a lifted 2wd chevy. I would like to find out what chevy truck that came off of rather than run a jap toyota gear on it.
If I had taken pics of all of the stuff ive done over the years, I wouldnt have ever gotten anything done I have over 6 pages on photobucket of this truck and my 67 mustang has about 3 pages, ive owned the 67 since 1992 and its been gone through 3 times. Crazy how times have changed

I love wing windows also but this was a project/goal I set to challenge myself to finish it. I love the clean smooth look as well. The only way I would do it again is if someone wanted to pay me to do it. HA!
Used a standard F150 style power steering box; only two holes truely go thru the 64 frame; as I mention I've semi box that area to assist with strength. The lower forward mounting bolt on the PS is partically thru the lower frame rail'of the 64 frame. I've cut & mounted a tube type spacer bracket piece against the frame to hold the lower bolt. (This allow all three factory bolts to mount the PS to the 64 Frame. Since I'm placing a tilt steering column; I purchase a universal 36 spline (3/4") joint from Summit; The tie rod end (11/16") that attaches to the 64 steering arm (Curved shape bracket that's attach to the drivers side wheel) from Speedway; and got another tie rod (3/4") that will be machined down that bolts thru the pitman arm attached to the PS box.
Hope this makes sense!
