Crankshaft Fit

Well, being one of the least educated flatty members here, I have ANOTHER question Im basically 99% sure I'm right but I'm selling my crank and the guy wants to know if My 52' V8 crank will fit in his 49ish engine, From what Ive read, It appears they were universal from 39-53.

I figured I'd ask first just so I dont sell him the wrong thing

Thanks Guys
