I'd spend the money on a SCT X3 with custom tow tunes from 5 Star or another good vendor. You should run a tune with the "cold air intake" anyway. There are not a lot of intake kits out for the 3V 6.8l and I do not know if there is a direct fit kit available for the F-450 or if an F-250/F-350 kit would work. Regardless you will notice more of a performance gain with a good tune than with a "cold air intake".
