Front Axle rating

I have to replace the Ball joints on my 88 F-250. They show 2 different front axles used on the front. The tag on the axle is not there. Is there a website that i can check for this info by checking the VIN number. Or does anybody know of another way to find this info out

Look on drivers door panel and that will give weight rating of axle. That might help. I have been told if you have 4:10 gears that minimum weight is 3,850 lbs
