I turn my truck to the on position an hear both pumps turn on but when i crank over the truck it will not start it seems like i dont have enough fuel pressure to the injectors to open them up so the spark plugs can burn the fuel. Can some one give me a list of things to check to solve this. I will keep you up to date on what i have check.

 

i know the first test would to be check the fuel pressure but i dont got the money for that so skip that step.
