How long does it take for the tranny to cool down after 9 hours at work the gauge is still warm when I get out is this norm

Is this the factory gauge? They read normal when the transmission is very cold.

your saying after 9 hrs the trans is warm or the gauge is showing temp?

the gauge is still showing temp it did not do this when it was below freezing and I have not had this truck in warm weather yet till now, I bought it in dec.
