I had a Compaq laptop that had some kind of hardware failure and nothing worked...

This is a Compaq desktop..

Keeps getting BSOD even after doing a factory restore..

I would at least give it a try, you'll be surprised how sometimes you think it's unrecoverable and bam, it works!

You can also do the install from a USB flash drive with a program Linux has to initialize the iso file.

That sucks, that would be a good test install for Ubuntu....

Washed and waxed mine 2 weeks ago Sunday. Even though it was the smallest full-size ford made at the time, I still forget how much surface area it has lol. Used turtlewax ice paste wax on it (blue jar) works pretty good and smells nice too haha

Yeah, that's what we took to get there. Nice ride. Left CT around 6:30, got in around 10:00ish. Took 95 to the Merritt, the NY thruway to GSP. Didn't hit much traffic at all. Guess I won't be paying ya a visit lol. I wave as I go by headed home tomm lol
