I'd have to double check it but if I recall correctly, it was assessed at around $550,000. The guy and his wife that own it bought it for about $250k and built an addition, renovated it top to bottom, etc. They originally set that price but it's been on the market for almost two years now and it's vacant. They've moved out of state so I imagine they need to unload it pretty badly now.

I was working on a 6 bdroom, 3,600sqft 2stry place on 3 acres, with detached 3 car/shop garage, 4 years old............overlooking the McKenzie river. It originally went for 1.1 mil............It's down to $475,000

Yeah. From what the initial investigation has determined he had just started a pursuit of a motorcyclist traveling at a high rate of speed. He hadnt even called it in becaus eit had happened that quick. He died on impact with a tractor trailer. his oldest child was 19 his youngest is 4.
