My foreclosure work is tapering off, it looks like a lean summer.
There are more players in the field and competition is getting stiff. (though there are even more properties falling into foreclosure)

Off is a good thing John. I decided not to take ,y now famous three week august vacation at work. My coworker was getting asked when I was coming back for two straight weeks by all of my other co workers.

Real estate here is in the dumps Dave. There's a house about three blocks from ours that was listed for $899,000 last year. It's down to $399,000 as of yesterday.
Well, Shaun I decided to take off then because my kids go back to school in mid August so it gives me some time off with them before then.
