I've been thinking of bicycling over to Glenn Springs to go fish now that it's warmer! I need a good way to carry the rods.

Our crappies up north are still full of eggs...they are just NOW moving up onto the beds this weekend...
We caught some very nice females (13") and very dark males (a sure indication they are on the beds)...most of the fish though were in the 9" to 10" range
Here's the haul (108 total cleaned) all packaged up for the freezer...each qt ziploc has 6 fish in it with water added and air squeezed out for long term freezer storage!
Fish fry at Joes! Man, Sardis. Haven't thought of that lake in a long time. Spent some time down there when I was going to "A" school at Millington. Did a lot of quad riding down there.
Actually Pat...we're having a fish fry on Memorial weekend...
I normally start things off with some fried pickles as an appetizer. Then the fish and finish with some fried apples seasoned/sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar "or" I'll fry up some elephant ears with powered sugar or the same cinnamon and sugar sprinkling...YUMMY...
I've already got the fryer going...so why not do a bunch of stuff!!!
Well...I'll chat later...heading off to church fellas!
Good morning everyone!
Coffee is hot and ready and tastes super!
Hope all had a great weekend......weather was kind crappy and cold here .....heck still is, but all is well anyway!
Have a wonderful day fellaz!
