You either have to pull the motor out or cut the crossmember and reweld it when you're done. You'll never get the pan sealed with the crossmember in and motor in even if you do manage to get it out.
I've heard of it being done by raising the motor way up and getting it way forward, but by the time it was all said and done, it would have been faster and much easier to just pull the motor.
k thank u for all the help oh the last question was he want to know couldnt he just cut the oil that he is taken out and just put the new one in without takin the motor out or crossmember
If I'm understanding you right, he wants to cut the old oil pan to remove it? He'd still not be able to get the new oil pan on if that is the case, no room.
