Nothing. That's the passenger rear side,and there's nothing there. The 2V 4.6L and 5.4L cylinder heads will fit either side, as long as you use the correct camshaft and swap the oil galley plugs to the correct end of the head. That would be the driver front if the head was on the opposite side, and the coolant crossover would be there on the front. The gaskets are reversible, so there's a place for it to seal the crossover,and that's what you're seeing.
