I just recently got the 3 n 1 from glowshift. Was having some problems getting the EGT to read and the button doesnt work on the front. Their customer service is extrememly horrible in my opinion. I got to deal with a smarta$$ on the phone that was no help. Wanted me to uninstall everything and send it all back. Which is ok except for the fact that I had installed everything since I was waiting on parts during my head removal. (I usually don't wire everything in until I have tested it) Perhaps I just expect a certain level of customer service when I have a DOA unit...

I really didnt want to have to go in and remove the EGT probe if it wasnt the problem. Not to mention having to find something to plug up the hole in the exhaust while i waited a couple weeks for them to get me a replacement. Still have a defective unit. I'm debating on just getting a Edge with the fuel pressure add on if its available yet.

Did any1 else notice that the oring that is supplied with the adapter from glowshift is a lot smaller than the one on the OEM plug? Its also a different type. OEM was brown and this one is just a reg black one. I went ahead and replaced it to be on the safe side. When I did a test fit with it, the adapter bottemed out screwing it in with my finger and felt no resistance before metal to metal contact...

 

yea i noticed that too. im going on my 3rd sender in 3 months from them. i just said to use them because they are cheap and its something for him to use to test the pressure. i just used the reg o ring and have been fine ever since. sorry you had a bad exp with them. every time i have called they send me a new unit with no questions and its before i send the old one back but on the senders you dont have to send those back they dont want them
