This was discussed not too long ago and you should be able to find the post where they talked about how they removed there frozen distributors. If my memory serves me correct, one member, used a engine hoist, chain, and hammer to get it out... Another used mouse milk... i think... some type of aircraft grade lubricant.... Anyway, give a search a try, im sure you will be able to find it.

I have been through this, exact situation hours of struggling which resulted in a snapped dizzy. I used PB Blaster let it sit for like 20 mins and gave her a twist... Wow cameright out, wish I tried that first! I now swear by that stuff... I put that s**t on everything! Like franks redhot... Lol

X2 on the PB blaster. That's what I have done and it's worked well. Sometimes it's still a little tough and you just have to work it back and forth trying to twist it. If it twists, it will pull out. If that doesn't work, I've dropped the pan and oil pump and hit the shaft from the bottom with a hammer and punch, comes right out that way but it's alot more messy. Better than breaking it.

+1 on the above. PB Blaster didnt work for me. 50/50 Acetone and Marvel Mystery oil worked as instantly as a solvent can. Poured it on, waited 5 minutes, and tapped it with whatever was in my hand and it started moving. Its been free ever since.
